Do you sort by color?

Due to the high volume of laundry from various households and to limit germ exposure, we do not sort by color. Your laundry goes directly from the bag into the washer, so if you have preferences, we recommend sorting it beforehand. If you’re concerned about colors bleeding but don’t want to sort your laundry, we offer color catcher sheets for $0.75 per sheet, and they work great. We typically use 2-3 sheets per load, depending on the size of the load.

How does the pick-up and delivery process work?

It’s simple! You schedule a pick-up date through our website or by calling/texting 719-412-4767. We come to your location, take care of your laundry, and deliver it back to you clean and neatly folded, usually within 24-48 hours.

How do I pay for your services?

Once your order is picked up, you’ll receive an invoice with a link that allows you to pay via debit card, Cash App, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Payment for the weight of your order is due by 10:00 PM on the day of pick-up. Failure to pay by this time will result in a $20 late fee being added to your invoice. You’ll receive your invoice no later than 7:00 PM, however, we strive to send it to you as soon as possible to give you ample time to review and complete payment.

If your order includes large items (e.g., comforters or duvets), these may be billed separately after processing, and payment for these items must be made before delivery.

At this time, we do not offer ironing or dry cleaning services. However, we can recommend local businesses for these services.

Should I have my laundry in bags or a laundry basket?

For sanitary purposes, we do not accept laundry baskets. Since we handle laundry from multiple households, we ask that all laundry be placed in trash bags and tied shut to prevent the spread of germs.

What if I’m not home for the pick-up or delivery?

No problem! You can leave your laundry in a designated spot, and we’ll pick it up and drop it off there. Just let us know the details when scheduling.

Do you have a policy regarding unsanitary or unsafe laundry?

Yes, we do. For the safety of our team and to maintain a clean environment, we cannot accept laundry that is unsafe or unsanitary. Before placing an order, you must confirm that your laundry does not contain pests (e.g., bed bugs, fleas, or roaches) or excessive biological materials such as feces, urine, blood, or vomit (beyond typical household traces). If these conditions are found, the laundry will not be washed, and a $25 unsanitary fee will be charged, which must be paid before your laundry is returned.

We understand that life happens, and kids or pets may have accidents. If this applies to your situation, please contact us before pick-up to discuss and arrange accommodations, such as processing your laundry at a laundromat. Accommodations are only available for manageable issues, and we reserve the right to decline excessively unsanitary or hazardous items. Additional fees will apply.

If no prior approval is obtained and your laundry is deemed unsanitary, it will be returned as-is, and the $25 unsanitary fee will still apply.
